Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original ION8 packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
